I am 28 years old, born and raised in Sweden, Stockholm and currently living in Costa Rica together with my husband Hector.
I am Scandinavia's #1 Confident Coach, a best selling & award winning author and award winner of the "Kristallen award" for best documentary "Say Something" in Sweden 2017, which for me was a huge accomplishment in my life.
"Say something" is a documentary based on my life-experience, of growing up being abused.
How me and my mother rebuild our life's again after living through this trauma, hiding in women shelters.
I have turned my life around from abuse, insecurities, depressions, addictions and an eating disorder that nearly cost my life.
I struggled for many years and it has been a long journey, but it has also taught me the knowledge, strength and power, to take control over my life.
It turned me into the woman I am today, who loves to inspire, motivate and help women all around the world.
Everything I went through made me the person I am today, good and bad experience.
I am here, sharing my experience to show others that it is possible, to get from what I thought at the time "a broken person" to a woman who lives out her dreams to the fullest and helping women reach their inner potential, get more confidence and live the life they want and deserve.
One of my passions is traveling, it was while I was in the middle of my very first world tour, that I met my husband, Hector Rodriguez from Uruguay, the founder and creator of "SE El Jefe" - The biggest Hispanic platform for entrepreneurs.
We are now married and living in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, where we create Exclusive Masterminds.

Something that takes up my time a lot is health, in any regard. I love going to the gym or doing workouts, yoga, fitness of any kind. It has always been a big part of my life and journey, to become the best version of myself.
I am a person who is always honest, maybe at times even to much. In my blog you will be able to read my honest thoughts about life, experience and my point of view.
No wrong or rights, simply my way of seeing things and the way I live to learn.
Showing the real part of my life, with my ups and downs, my crazy hectic scheduled together with my husband.
Traveling the world is a huge part of our life, that´s how we work and get around. It can sometimes be very overwhelming and stressful, that´s why yoga and meditation it a great tool for me.
For me it has always been super important to speak up, about what I have been through in life.
Mainly because so many people in this world can relate, more than we can imagine. Its important to say something to make others feel less alone. But it has also been away for me to heal by sharing and talking about it, because for a long time I hold it inside which made it worse.
The more we share, the more we can help each other and that is a great step towards growth itself.
My motto in life is simple: If you want to do it, just go for it, start today not tomorrow!
