Guys can you imagine that we are stepping into the 2020´s? It feels like it was yesterday we steeped in to the 2000´s and everyone was worried. I was only 9 years old but that "New Years" I remember so clearly. It was like this huge thing, and no one really knew what was going to happen. It all went well but fast, and poof I am 20 years older, sitting here in my home in Costa Rica, feeling super happy and grateful.

Time flies when you have fun, huh?

Anyway, I am sitting here writing as Zambia is next to me sleeping, my husband is on the other side working while I am sipping on my tea.

I can hear the sound from the bars downstairs even though its not late.

But Tamarindo is in its high season, it is a Party town and we live in the heart of it.

I just realized I have had the blog for a little bit over 1 year now, which has been amazing. Many blog-post have been published, some are still in the archive and some were never written.

Next year I will step up the game and make more post and a little bit more frequently.

2019 has been an incredible year, totally awesome.

I have learned so much, steeped out of my comfort zone, grown and investments has been made a lot this year.

I am extremely thankful to myself that I invested in a mentorship program 500.000 KR, for myself, which have improved my life immensely. I invested more than 1 million kr in myself this year, for my future and for my dreams. That was a huge step for me, but I am so glad I did, it payed off well.

I have visit 10 countries so far this year, made beautiful memories with my husband and we got bigger as a family, when we adopted our baby pup Zambia.

We also moved from Sweden to Costa Rica, where I am currently learning Spanish.

I published my first book this year and I got an award for it.

My podcast has been published and you can find it HERE

Yes, this year has been far one of the best years of my life.

I feel so much greatness, peace and love within myself.

I have met inspiring people, with hunger for growth and the urge to help and lift other people up. They have thought me so many things on my own journey of growth.

This year has been an eye opening year, filled with lessons and beautiful moments.

I had to take some serious decisions this years, take chances I never thought I would take.

Was I scared?

Oh heck yes I was, so many nights I was awake, wondering if I made the right decision, can I make it? But for each time I kept pushing through, the stronger I got and the more i did accomplish.

I look back at this year as a huge accomplished year, thankful for trusting my own intuition.

Moving past my own fear, to jump out of my comfort zone, not one or 2 times, but a bunch of them.

I used to be afraid of "being proud of myself" scared people would think I was bragging. Not anymore.

1st of all, anyone who thinks I am bragging, let them.

Only small minded people looks at other peoples success, saying they bragging.

2. We are thought at a very young age, not to think too highly of ourselves (especially if you come from Sweden and the Janteloven, is the main rule")

3. I have been in a war with myself for years, I did not lose or win, simply I resigned my guard, made peace and moved on with my life. To fully become happy and in peace with the world around me.

4. I am proud to be proud of myself, so many people never get to acknowledge that feeling and that is sad I think. We should love ourselves more and be proud of who we are, who we want to be and who we were to become, what we are today.

5. Not many people will be proud or acknowledged our accomplishments, so we might as well do that for ourselves. It's important for our self esteem and to love ourselves.

Celebrate with yourself, you should be your own best friend not the enemy.

Life is to short anyway.

Anyhow, next year I want to be able to speak Spanish fluent, getting my brand and my company more successful than this year.

Run our masterminds just as well if not even better for next year.

Also, growing, my goal for next year is to read minimum 2 books a month, doing some long distance courses online, that I´ve got my eyes on.

So, I can teach more of the knowledge I have, to the people who needs it.

Next year my second book (Co-authoring Book), "Spiritual Fitness Surviver 2" is coming out and me and Hector are flying to Philadelphia, to the book launch on January 5th.

Next year I will also visit Sweden for the summer and have my family coming to visit Costa Rica, of course I want to create more memories together with Zambia and our family's.

The end of next year, we will finish off in either Thailand, Indonesia or Philippines.

I have already put it out to the universe, manifest it, in my head and I am making it a reality.

Next year's mission will be to practice yoga more, become better and take some real good classes, get more knowledge about healthy food recipes (I want to learn more about vegan food).

Practice to live in my full potential and love myself even more than I do today.

I will continue being the best support for my husband and next year we will be even stronger as a team, for sure.

The best part about all of this is whatever I want, I can accomplish.

I just need to work hard, stay consistent, practice and believe it to achieve it.

That is what I am doing for next year 🙏

What are you going to do? what is you goal and what do want to become better at?

I hope y'all have had a beautiful year to look back on and that your goals and dreams, will be reached in no time .

Stay consist and follow your inner guidance, make your dreams a reality and love yourself a little bit harder 2020 💗

Let me start by telling you that this Christmas has been the least stressful of my life. We have had our dear friend Ana, Dr Obom Bowen and baby Miracle, as guests here in our home. They have been with us the whole December and are leaving tomorrow. We did celebrate Christmas, but not the usual traditional way. We ordered food, watched a movie and had a blessed time, enjoying each others company. This Christmas was the first time in my life, I did not stress over Christmas presents, because we decided to just give love this year. WOOOOW, that my dear friends made me appreciate Christmas even more. Sometimes I believe we get so hung up about all these perfect gifts, that we forget what it´s actually all about.

I also wanted to take the time to tell you about a lovely friend of mine: My dear friend Alexus, who I met here in Tamarindo, one of my first weeks.

I met her at the night market, trying out her amazing food (if you seen my videos, you know what I´m talking about).

Alexus moved here from the states after she met her husband Francisco, who is Costa Rican. They moved to a neighborhood named Santa Rosa, which is beautiful but most parts are very poor and most people live in extreme poverty.

Soon after they moved in, kids from the neighborhood started to come by her house, she started to teach them English, give them food and also to get them a safe place to be at. Rumors spread fast and more kids were starting to come by her house.

To get all of the kids to fit, they build a school near their house, where they could learn English, be in a safe environment, learning basic education, but also giving both parents & children a safe place to be at, off the street where they could get in trouble.

Their foundation is called "Conectando Corazones De Santa Rosa".

Alexus is a "multi-doer" as well, she teaches yoga, giving amazing Thai-massages and she also have, together with her husband Francisco who is a chef, their company"Pure Dream Life". There you can not only order and get amazing food but have an adventure for life, check there FB out, by clicking on the link : https://www.facebook.com/puredreamlife/

That´s what we did for our Mastermind, we had them Cooking our lunches and some of our dinners, it was a super success.

They involve the community in this project as well, by making sure ladies from the neighborhood in Santa Rosa can be there to help Cooking, that way they get paid a decent salary.

One specific woman - Jackeline, was always with them to help cooking in our house, at the Mastermind. Her children came along too, they enjoyed the pool, we all become friends very quickly and I know we all just enjoyed have those sweet kids around.

I thought to myself, how can we help?

What Alexus & Francisco are doing is absolutely amazing, super important and with pure love.
Their project is 100% nonprofit and they pay what needs to be paid from their own pockets, if donations are not enough. So, I asked if they wanted to tell their story at the Mastermind, what they do and how people can help their non profit organisation "Conectando Corazones De Santa Rosa".

They show some pictures of Jackelines and her family's house. Their goal for 2020 was to raise money to build them a proper new house.

I think we all drop our jaws when we saw in what condition they were living in, sometimes we might take for granted what we have. Example, having a roof over our heads, electricity, food, water or even a toilet, for them it is just a dream.

It is heartbreaking, the reality some less fortunate people face on a daily basis... In the presentation Alexus mentioned that to build a new home, they would need US$10,000, a number to high for them to even consider at this point - as a reference, a salary for this family is around US$600/month.

The thing here was, we met the children, and their amazingly strong mother: We felt a connection and right then we ALL WANTED TO HELP.

Hector and I came up with this brilliant idea, because we all know how it is, when you get home to the normal world again, its easy to forget and move on with our lives.

Not that we are evil in any way, but simply because that is how we humans are programmed. So, we asked every person in the room if they were ready to make a change in this family´s life and what if we all, donated at least $500 each?

Everyone was in tears after her presentation, as I always say: One cannot do it all, but we all can do something, small or big, it makes a huge different.

PROUDLY I CAN SAY: Together we all raised 10.000 $ together, to build them a new home 🙌

Thanks to all these beautiful, inspiring humans down below we are now building a new house to Jackeline and her family. I am so thankful for each and every one of you all beautiful humans with hearts of Gold, without you this would not have been possible 🙏

Also this year they arrange a huge Christmas celebration for the kids and their parents at the school.

It was incredible.
The kids got to do Christmas cards, drawings and eat lots of food and snacks, while singing and dancing.

It was the second Christmas celebration they arranged for the kids of Santa Rosa, last year it was only 12 children and this year it was almost a 100, So it has grown fast in only 1 year.

I came across a boy named Axel, he gave me one of his Christmas decorations trees 🎄 it was adorable.

He told me in Spanish: I ran out of decorations for my Christmas tree, but I did the best I could -while he was a little bit embarrassed, he absolutely melted my heart.

Both me and Hector got some more Christmas trees from this talented children. 🙌

With so much joy and cheerfulness, but yet they have almost nothing in life.

Alexus and Francisco are giving them hope, a better future and a place to be safe 💗

Please watch this fantastic video about their school project. Also go visit their website to learn more: HERE or email them: conectandocorazonessr@gmail.com

Merry Christmas and a lots of love to Alexus & Fransisco who are doing a fantastic job.

LOVE to all the wonderful humans who took a chance to attend our Mastermind, for all the love and help to make this project a reality, THANK YOU 💗

Hi everyone!

Its been a busy, challenge but one of the most inspiring weeks of my life.

Let me start by wish everyone a happy, peaceful Christmas 🎅

Now let me tell you about our Mastermind "Se El Jefe" which in Spanish means Be The Boss.

Me and my husband have planed this Mastermind for 2 months. That was a short time but it turned out absolutely amazing. Hector (my husband) does his event "Se El Jefe Tours" each year, around the world.

This year we wanted to create it here in Costa Rica where we live, to give everyone an extraordinary experience.

If you never attended a Mastermind here is some reasons why?!

1. You meet like minded people who wants to grow, mentally, spiritually and financially.

2. You might find your new business partner or new contacts for your business.

3. YOU WILL HAVE BREAKTHROUGHS. With that I mean, you will open up, talk about your inner struggles/business struggles. Get the tools, advice and inspiration from experts who have been there before you and who can get you the help you need, to move forward.

4. Brainstorming and collecting new ideas

5. Education

6. Group support

7. Improving personal skills

8. Improving business skills

9. Amazing videos & photos for your personal image/business branding.

10. Enjoying an amazing location, we have ours in the Caribbean, but Masterminds can be held anywhere.

We had 15 people attending, hungry for knowledge and we all enjoyed it to the fullest.

We had 3 experts flying in, to teach in their expertise.

This is one of the special things about our Mastermind.

We bring 3-5 experts from around the world to teach in their special area, so our attendees gets the best from each one of them.

Also, we have different categories of Masterminds, this one was "High End Business Training".

Anyway we had a blessed! But don´t get this confused with a vacation, many people might think it is but its not.

This is a 5 day "hard work training"- of early mornings and late nights, days filled with knowledge and activities to keep the attendees fully motivated and inspired.

A typical day of our Mastermind:

We started every morning with meditation 06.30, afterwards we had either yoga or our own fitness trainer coming to our house to give us a fitness-class.

Breakfast-buffet was served when we were done by our own personal chef.

After that we had one of the coaches giving a class, having a small break for lunch to later on have another expert teaching or we had a group activity. We always ended it by having a "Round-Table", where the experts addressed the attendees pressing issues and problems regarding their personal life or business. Giving them ideas, strategies-solutions to move forward.

After that we had dinner around 8 PM, served by our amazing chef.

I would say we all were super tired after dinner, but usually we enjoyed the hot Jacuzzi talking and then we went to bed.

Day 4 of the Mastermind, we always have activity day (well for 4 hours, to make sure we have time for classes afterwards)

This time we went for a adventure with dune buggies and went to a beautiful beach. Everything at our Mastermind is all inclusive, that way attendees can relax and take in all the knowledge, without worrying about a thing.

We always have a photographer and a videographer, so we get everything we want on film.

Apart from that, we have massage-services and personal branding videos & photo shoots.

To be honest I enjoy my "work" so much, this is what makes me want to get up in the morning. Meeting new people, teach, inspire, of course get more knowledge and together change the world.

Last day of the "Mastermind" is the VIP-day, where we went for a yacht experience.

Man that was fun, with yet-ski´s, food, drinks and music.

So, after all this was a incredible experience for us and for the people attending.

Me and Héctor also celebrated our 2 year anniversary, time just fly's by. We have now been married for 2 years 😍

But now to the question..... How do you make a million $

- Being consistent

- By learning from the people who done it before you.

- Joining Masterminds

- Having a coach/mentor...and then taking massive action.

- Getting the strategies, get the tools and if you have a brilliant idea, just go for it!

- Its about what you know, who you know and always believing you can and will have it.

- Going you own way instead of following the rest.

- As we always say in our family: If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.....

- Of course its many ways of earning a million $ but by having the right mindset, the right people around you and the right work ethic of "work smarter not harder" well then you are on your way.

Want to join our next Mastermind of 2020?

Reach out to me on my social media or my email: info@issyrodriguez.com

We will have 8 Masteminds next year, in different categories: Woman Impowerment, Health & Fitness, High End Msterminds.

How can you create 1 million dollars?

Start by attending one of our Masterminds.... with the help from the right experts, meeting the right people/ future partners, getting the tools, the right mindset & inspiration to get started towards your goals.

Merry Christmas all of you 🎄

Its time for some family time now here in Tamarindo Costa Rica 💕
